The magic of wine & cheese pairing is one of those things that's just hard to resist! What happens when Steve's Cheese (aka Cheese Bar) meets up Jeff's (Pairings Portland) pairing touch? Yumminess :)
The focus of this event is pairings from France. We started by deciding on 5 regional cheeses picked by Steve at Cheese Bar. Next was brainstorming time on what pairings would make the wines taste yummier than they do on their own. The result is happening on Saturday December 7th and you'll be able to taste the magic.

Comte (Cow) & Red Burgundy (Pinot Noir)
Crottin (Goat) & Sancerre (Sauvignon Blanc)
Berger Basque (Sheep) & Bordeaux (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend)
Raclette (Stinky) & Alsatian White (Pinot Gris)
Fourme d'Ambert (Blue) & Sauternes (Semilon)
