Herb Garden & Wine Tasting

It's springtime! 

Planting herbs? Love fresh herbs in food? If you want to know what to pair them with (food and wine-wise), this special event is right up your alley!

We've taken five herbs and put them each in a tasty bite, then paired that bite to a wine. Lots of taste happiness to be had!

The herb bites and the wines paired...

  • THYME vinaigrette dipped in baby leaf lettuce, with FUBBIANO VERMENTINO

  • BASIL pesto served on cherry tomatoes, with BRUNA PIGATO LE RUSSEGHINE

  • TARRAGON compound butter on smoked salmon canapes, with GUILLEMONT SAVIGNY LES BEAUNE LES JARRONS

  • ROSEMARY demi-glace & bread, with SASSETTI ROSSO DI MONTALCINO

  • LEMON VERBENA with fresh berries & local honey, with  DOWSETT GEWURZTRAMINER

$25 per person. 

Attendance at this event includes $5 off of either our Pairings Basics Class or the Pairings Potluck (both available monthly), and entry in a drawing for two tickets to an exciting upcoming event, "Fruit, Earth & Spice - the Transformation of Pinot Noir".
