We've taken five herbs and put them each in a tasty bite, then paired that bite to a wine. Lots of taste happiness to be had!

BASIL pesto served on cherry tomatoes, with BRUNA PIGATO LE RUSSEGHINE
TARRAGON compound butter on smoked salmon canapes, with GUILLEMONT SAVIGNY LES BEAUNE LES JARRONS
ROSEMARY demi-glace & bread, with SASSETTI ROSSO DI MONTALCINO
LEMON VERBENA with fresh berries & local honey, with DOWSETT GEWURZTRAMINER
$25 per person.
Attendance at this event includes $5 off of either our Pairings Basics Class or the Pairings Potluck (both available monthly), and entry in a drawing for two tickets to an exciting upcoming event, "Fruit, Earth & Spice - the Transformation of Pinot Noir".
