Pretty in Pink Featuring Salmon 5 Ways

May, warmer weather, Mother's Day, and we're celebrating Salmon and Rosé.

This event features 5 fun, tasty ways of preparing salmon (by our "Cooks-A-Lot" Christopher Graham). Each bite will be paired with a pink wine to make the pairing pop!

$25 for the 5 pairings PLUS 2 Rosé Champagnes will be available by the glass. 

The pairings are subject to change, but as of this moment here's the lineup!

SALMON MOUSSE--creme fraiche, chives, bagel chips with CREMANT DE LOIRE ROSE (Loire Valley, FR).

SALMON SALAD WRAP--poached salmon, lemon aioli, celery, red bell pepper, butter lettuce, tarragon with LOVE & SQUALOR ROSE OF GEWURZTRAMINER (Local).

SALMON CEVICHE--lemon, lime, red onion, avocado, chilis, oil with RUBENTIS TXACHOLI ROSE (Basque Country, Spain).

SALMON LASAGNA--marscapone, cream, zucchini, nutmeg, parsley with NERO D'AVOLA ROSE (Sicily, IT).

SALMON ROASTED with MUSHROOMS--celariac puree, pinot noir reduction, thyme with MARSANNAY ROSE (Burgundy, FR).

$25 per person. 
$20 if wearing 3 pink items!
