Key to the Castle; or, How to Taste Wine

Years ago, Jeff captured the process of properly tasting wine in a presentation he calls “Keys to the Castle.” The idea is that everyone can learn how to taste wine with this process — even a kindergartener, though we don’t condone drunk children! (Seriously, don’t feed your children wine.) Choose from the 2 versions below: the Kindergarten version is as basic as it gets for those who are just slightly curious, and the High School version gets a little more in depth while still keeping it simple.
