About 4 times a year Jeff offers our Pairings Basics Class. This class is intended to empower your ability to pair wine & food. Learn how to experience wine as an important ingredient of a meal, showing its best when paired!Here's what the class includes:
You’ll get to know a single wine and form a strong like/dislike opinion about it.
Once your opinion is solidified, we’ll expose that one wine to a series of elements, discovering how simple common flavors can alter your experience of the same wine.
Six pairing elements will be explored, then a group exercise will pull it all together to leave you with amazing “ah-hahs” to enjoy at home and share with friends.
Come have a great time, partake in Jeff's trademark high energy and encyclopedic wine knowledge, and come away with wine tips you can use with your friends and family.

Come join us Thursday June 27 from 5-8 pm in our beautiful garden in Multnomah Village for a little party action and find wines for the 4th of July and summer season. We love our natural Oregon winemakers! Vital choices for palate & planet in farming & winemaking is what we’re about. This event on Thursday July 18th from 5-8 pm celebrates a group of those wineries local to our area. In the lineup are RAM Cellars, Dominio IV, Statera/Lares, Fossil & Fawn, Human Cellars and brand new producer Sacred Shore. 18 wines total to check out with bottles available on all.

Wine in the Garden - Wine & Cheese Tour of France

French wine is the inspiration to most of the wine coming out of this country. There’s many regions covering a diversity of styles. On Thursday Sept. 5th from 5-8 pm we'll have a wine from each major region of France (12 total), and 6 cheeses from Cowbell Cheese. 2 wines will be paired with each cheese. (Cheese included in event fee. ) This event takes place in our beautiful Multnomah Village garden.
